My home for February

And we're supposed to get another 6 in. of snow over the next 2 days! 

In-House Pizza Oven

     For the month of February, I am working near Cortona, Italy in exchange for room and board. Some of my daily duties here include; maintaining a large green house full of rare and tropical plants, hauling fire wood, exercising 4 cool pups, and helping out in the kitchen. On my third day here we made 17 epic pizzas (all from scratch, and veggie) and managed to finish all but one of them. 

     As of right now, I'm pretty happy with my decision to work my way through the next 5 months in Europe! Let's just hope my future work-exchange programs are half as epic as this one.

Siena snow storm

     Stuck in Siena for a few days before cruising East to work on an organic olive orchard. I suppose I could be stuck in a worse city under a blanket of snow.
